Proposal and Monograph Writing Guide Seminar Araiah Su. 

 A scientific seminar on monograph writing guidelines was presented by the research committee in the meeting hall of Helmand University.

The seminar was attended by heads of faculties, administrators, teachers and students. 
In his opening speech, the head of the Faculty of Education and Training, Prof. Wahidullah "Amiri" clarified the importance and purpose of the scientific seminar. 

Later, the said scientific seminar was started by the teachers of the Faculty of Education and Training of Helmand University.
